Remember sneakers/running shoes for dry land exercise!

***Note:  Swimmer’s ages below as of June 1, 2024***

Starting April 1: Afternoon Workouts M-T-W-Th (no Fridays)

Private swim lessons w/ coaches at 2:45 PM

Ages 6 & Under: 3:30 – 4:00 PM

Ages 7 – 8: 4:00 – 4:45 PM

Ages 9-11: 4:45 – 5:30 PM

Ages 12-14: 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Ages 15 – 18: 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Starting April 6: Saturday Morning Workouts

Ages 15 – 18 from 7:45 – 8:45 AM

Ages 12 – 14 from 8:45 – 9:45 AM

Ages 9 – 11 from 9:45 – 10:30 AM

Ages 7 – 8 from 10:30 – 11:15 AM

Starting May 28: Summer Morning workouts start (Monday thru Friday)

Ages 15 and over: 6:30 – 7:45 AM

Ages 12-14: 7:45 – 9:00 AM

Ages  9-11: 9:00 – 10:00 AM

Ages 8 & under: 9:45 – 10:45 AM (stretches @ 9:45)

Ages 6 & under: 10:45-11:15

Private swim lessons w/ coaches at 11:15 AM
