SWIM TEAM VOLUNTEERING

 

The CTAP Marlins swim team is organized and led by a community of CT Pool Members and Team Parents.  Apart from our coaching and lifeguard staff, we are a 100% volunteer run organization.  As a community based team, we need YOU - all of the members of our community - to support us to deliver a fun and exciting summer program for our young swimmers!

Each of our home swim meets requires over 30 volunteers behind the scenes to keep the meet running smoothly.  All CTAP Marlin families are asked to support the team by completing at least 4 volunteer roles throughout the season OR by signing up as a Super Volunteer or a Meet Official.  Training will be provided for all roles, and there are a variety of options to fit the needs and schedules of busy families.  Please check the sign up links for our home meets below to choose how your family will support CTAP this season.
