Pool History

Catalina Terrace has a rich history of competitive swimming and family recreational activities to beat the famous Tucson heat.

​

Since 1961, we the Marlins have been learning how to best coach and swim to win races and encourage each other to do their best, to be consistent, reliable, and kind.

​

Recently, Catalina Terrace has successfully raised funds to renovate the pool and most recently upgrade the filtration for an incredible experience for our swimmers, diving board, and those refreshing weekend getaways.

​

Generations of swimmers and parents have spent so much time here to make the most of every moment.

​

From watching your child finish their first race to the bittersweet graduation with the remaining swimmers who never gave up and did everything to win the championships.
